As I have already explained to you in my last posts, “Vegan vs Vegetarian“, “What is Veganism?” and “Do vegans eat honey?“,  many people choose veganism for moral and ethical reasons. A large proportion of these people live in the UK. The growth of vegans in the UK is astronomical, which is very good news for us vegans, vegetarians, and of course for aminals.

Of course, as a result of this growth, more and more restaurants are being opened offering vegan and vegetarian dishes, In this post, I would like to share with you a list of vegans restaurants in London.

1.Milreds – 100 % Plant-Based Restaurant

 

Milreds owns for locations in London:

Soho, Camden, King`s Cross, Dalston, and Mallow.

Diane Thomas and Jane Muir opened Mildreds on Greek Street in 1988, when Soho was still edgy. Vegetarian restaurants at the time were still trapped in the 1960s, serving ‘worthy’ brown food in clay pottery on pine tables. Their goal was to develop a restaurant serving high-quality, fresh, and colorful international vegetarian cuisine at a reasonable price. After 5 restaurants you can say that they have reached their goal.

5. Mao Chow

 

Mao Chow, which is 100 percent vegan, delivers straightforward Chinese food that anybody may enjoy as soon as a seat in the 12-seater restaurant becomes available (queue haters, relax – they also do takeout). The menu is simple but effective, with meals like salted cucumber salad, ginger-scallion jackfruit with rice, and dan dan noodles all costing less than ten pounds.
The small beverages menu is alcohol-free, but thanks to the BYOB policy, you may go down the road to the office and sip anything you want while you eat.
