- 2 Eggs Organic
- 75 g White cheese
- 3 Spring onions Chopped
- Bunch Dill Chopped
- 100 g Four Organic
- 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Rock salt
- 15 g Baking powder
- 50 ml Olive Oil or coocking oil
- Grate the zucchinis, add salt, mix and squeeze out excess water.
- Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl and give it a good mix.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. When the oil is hot, reduce the heat to low- medium heat and add the mixture in desired burger patty size pieces.
