  • 1 tomato (peeled and finely chopped)
  • 1 yellow onion (finely chopped)

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder

    Slice the tops of the bell peppers and cut out the stems from the tops. Chop the parsley, tomato, and onion finely.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan, add onion and sauté for 5 minutes or until it is soft over medium-high heat.
