Tahini Bread Recipe - Flourless, Gluten-free and Ketogenic
- 1 Bread pan 23 cm x 10 cm ( 9 x 4 inch)
- 1 Spatula
- 1 Mixing bowl
- 3 Eggs organic
- 200 g Tahini (1 cup)
- 15 g baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Rock salt
- 1 tbsp Grape vinegar
- 1 tsp Black cumin
- dill (optional)
- In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, baking powder, salt, vinegar and mix with a blender for 1 minute
- Add tahini and mix with a spatula until the mixture has creamy texture. DO NOT USE A BLENDER!
- Place the mixture in a greased bread pan, spread black cumin on it and bake for 25 - 30 minutes, or until golden brown.

- Do not use blender when you mix the tahini.
- If you want to pimp your tahini bread, you can add a bunch of finely chopped dill or white cheese in the mixture.
