PETA Australia was founded in 2008 as a result of the success of our affiliates’ anti-mulesing activities and Australians’ demand for information on animal welfare concerns. Public education, cruelty investigations, research, legislation, celebrity involvement, and protest activities are all used by PETA Australia.

India

PETA India was founded in Mumbai in January of 2000. It operates on the simple premise that animals are not ours to experiment on, consume, wear, or use for entertainment.
