Ingredients
  

  • 2 Zucchinis Medium
  • 2 Eggs Organic
  • 75 g White cheese
  • 3 Spring onions Chopped
  • Bunch Dill Chopped
  • 100 g Four Organic
  • 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Rock salt
  • 15 g Baking powder
  • 50 ml Olive Oil or coocking oil
  • Jalapanos

Instructions
 

  • Grate the zucchinis, add salt, mix and squeeze out excess water.

  • Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl and give it a good mix.
  • Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. When the oil is hot, reduce the heat to low- medium heat and add the mixture in desired burger patty size pieces.

  • Fry until lightely brown, turning once. Each side for about 4-5 minutes.
  • Place the burger patties on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
