Ingredients
  

  • 800 gr Canned chickpeas
  • 100 gr Tahini 1/2 cup
  • 2 Lemon Lemon juice
  • 2 pcs Garlic cloves
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Rock salt
  • 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil Estra virgin

Instructions
 

  • Wash the canned chickpeas, place them in boiling water and cook for 4-5 minutes.

  • Transfer the chickpeas in a blender and add garlic cloves, tahini, lemon juice, 100 ml water, salt, cumin.
  • Puree for 4-5 minutes.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving plate, drizzle with oil and serve with your favourite bread or vegetables. Bon Appétit!
