Instructions
Wash the canned chickpeas, place them in boiling water and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Transfer the chickpeas in a blender and add garlic cloves, tahini, lemon juice, 100 ml water, salt, cumin.
Puree for 4-5 minutes.
Transfer the dip to a serving plate, drizzle with oil and serve with your favourite bread or vegetables. Bon Appétit!
